Krul 2.0 was a self-initiated study for new public toilets in Amsterdam. The design takes the classic original spiral shape of public urinoirs, designed by Dienst Publieke Werken, but updates and enlarges it to be accessible for everybody. The perforated pattern varies from location to location, to subtly refer to its context.
